EQQUSIN expand job number field and add duration in 100th*sec

Actually the EQQUSIN has a duration limit of 99 hours 59 minutes.

We have external jobs with longer durations and need the exact duration in tools like Xinfo.

As described in the documentation, the ACT_DUR field has a CHAR size of 4.

Iit's related to CHARACTER 6 trldur66 - reported duration.

We assume that you will not change this frequently used field.

But we found another field: UNSIGNED 4 trldurs66 duration in 100th*sec.

TRL - Job-tracking and audit record (hcltechsw.com)

Could you add this field to the EQQUSIN?

A second point is the JOB_NUMBER field with size 5. At least two characters are missing to get a "unique" JobID for our EJM / job|z jobs via EQQUX009.

If you add the new field, you could extend JOB_NUMBER at the same time.
