DWC Connection Engine Admin Role

We are using a separate DWC instance on each sysplex to connect operators to different controllers.
The responsible systems programmer has created connection engines.
When the systems programmer was off on vacation, we wanted to lookup the connection engine definitions, but could not open them, giving the following message:
"AWSUI1310W You can edit only the engine connections you own, not the ones shared by other users".

Only the person who created the connection engine can modify or delete it. This does not comply with the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process and we would like to
see an administrator role as opposed to a specific user having this role, and thereby eliminating the dependency on a single user for connection engine administration.
