IBM Z Workload Scheduler - 'Service Now' Interface - Limitations

Currently, the IWS 'Service Now' Interface is only providing the ability to pass 3 parms / fields for Service now to use in creating an Incident ticket.

These parms / fields are:    IMPACT, URGENCY, and SHORTDESCR.    The contents of the TEXTMEMBER statement (from INCIDENT member RULESTCK 'FILTER' rule definition) are also passed and inserted into the Incident's 'DESCRIPTION' box.

Our company's Service Now SME informs us that other applications that interface with Service Now are able to provide many more fields.

Other fields that should be able to sent by IWS to Service Now should include, but not limited to, :

1. CALLER       
2. LOCATION 
3. CHANNEL 
4. SERVICES 
5. CATEGORY

Please enhance the IWS Service Now interface parameters to be able to pass to Service Now, the above named fields, and any other deemed essential fields.
