Add MASHIST management to CICS Explorer

Now, it is only possible to SUSPEND or RESUME Historical Data Collection thru the WUI or via CMCI command. It would be helpful that CICS Explorer was able to handle (view and update the state) the MASHIST resource.

Please add views for the FEPI Operations Tables

Hello, The WUI provides views for the FEPI Operations tables: FEPIPOOL, FEPIPROP, FEPICONN, FEPINODE, and FEPITRGT. Our shop uses FEPI and we want to see these views represented in the CICS Explorer for ease of administration.
