Increase TOS Message limit to 512 or 1024 characters

ETOS.EXE has to truncate messages to 255 characters. This limit should be extended to 512 or 1024 characters so that every message sent to a tpf host's console can be captures.

TOS client and server should support IPv6

The Government is under a mandate to convert all systems and products to IPv6 networking, as IPv6 offers more capability and security. Eventually the government will remove IPv4 traffic thereby eliminating dual-stack requirements.

: Remote Console hex view

Could the remote console be enhanced to provide a hex view/editor of the content to allow the user to view and possibly correct non-printable characters?

RAVEN Auto Message and Auto Send need mixed case support

The RAVEN commands AUTO MSG <message text> and AUTO SEND ... <command> need to support mixed case text for <message text> and <command> because z/TPF commands such as the file system commands support mixed case.
