Dynamic capability missing

The client complain that the Dynamic capability has been removed in the latest version, and would be happy if it would be implemented again.

Need more documentation on how to create the input directory for the wazideploy-package command

wazideploy-package command can package a local directory but the documentation does say how to create this directory and what content it should have. The documentation indicates to use the groovy sample PackageBuildOutputs.groovy to create a tar f...
