MQ GETWAIT INTERVAL not correctly honored

MQ GETWAIT REQUEST takes longer than what has been coded in the INTERVALWAIT parameter. It seems that the cics dispatcher doesn't include the INTERVAL value (timeout) when it handle the request from MQ.

CICSPlex wide support TRANCLASS
