Improve SAMPLIB(DFH$DB2T)

SAMPLIB member SDFHSAMP(DFH$DB2T) is shipped without a column for LIST NAME. The same applies to SDFHSAMP(DFH$SQLT).The tables without a LIST NAME are almost useless. Please add column LISTNAME CHAR(8) to all tables, as well as the LOAD statements...

WUI times GMT versus LOCAL of HTASK(history task views)

Users can not see into LOCAL time to the start & stop time for tasks at WUI's HTASK views. That is, Users can only see by GMT time.
