Application Discovery: Add support duplicated section names on COBOL

Currently Application Discovery does not supportduplicated section names on COBOL, as they are saved into the database as a parent structure for the statements contained.

ADDI and filters

It would be nice if filters could be used to select library members to be read into ADDI. This is not possible in Build Configuration for JCL's for example.It is possible in Build Client later in the process but that is a bit late.

AD support data driven application

The core banking application is data-driven, which program execution flow is controlled dynamically by the configuration data store in DB2 table. Now AD static code scan facility can not support such use case.

Source Files: unclear if there is flowchart/program flow graphs even if COBOL/PLI source file is listed in analyze client UI
