Support for INSTREAM DDs in the User Build function (RTC Integration Feature)

The User Build feature provided by the RTC Integration feature currently lacks support for INSTREAM DDs. As RTC itself supports INSTREAM DDs in their translators, it would be great to have that feature in the User Build too.

CL/SuperSession Trace multiuser in SMF back to real userid

When you have a multiuser token in the SMF data in the USER field (ie +AAAAAAB), there is no way to trace it back to the real userid. This is a problem for auditing usage as the data is not usable for multiusers beyond the first signon.
