RDz: You Can't unassociate a PDS member once associated to CARMA

RDz CARMA user can associate a PDS member/Element to CARMA but they do not have the ability to un-associate PDS member/element from CARMA.

Provide current Endevor processor group name for the element in the PGN dialog box on a "generate element" request

On RDz/CARMA Endevor "Generate Element" requests, Customer would like to have RDz provide the current Endevor Processor Group name for the element in the Processor Group name dialogue box.

Missing functionality in RDZ SCLM DT interface

In the ISPF inteface to SCLM there are three functions:Noprom, Transfer and Where used that are not available from the SCLM DT interface. Customer want to be able to have the same level of functionality from both RDZ and ISPF.
