The outline view shows the copybook as a sub

The outline view shows the copybook as a sub for the data statement just above it. If the statement just before it has a PICTURE clause, it would not have group data. Checking on whether the previous data line has a PIC clause is not done.

Key Mapping Improvements

I am submitting this on behalf of a customer per their request. Increasing the key mapping capabilities for the RDz Host Connection Emulator so that it moves closer to that of HOD or PCOMM, starting with mapping of Ctrl keys.
