Have the Perform Hierarchy be able to drill into nested cobol programs.

In cobol if I have a nested program the perform Hierarchy view does not let me drill down into that code. The editor should know it is a nested cobol program and let me keep drilling down that logic path. I have to then go back to the outline view...

FM - after 'Delete' the area stays highlighted
