IDz DBB user build discovers dependencies only for COBOL and PLI

IDz tool will not auto select the Maclib (copybook library) for ALC modules when trying to run the DBB user build wizard setup. We have to manually select it each time to start the DBB configuration. (Works for cobol but no for ALC)
