Macro support using the Emulator

We need to be able to build multi Macro's. We would then like to beable to define keys on the keyboard that would automaticly kick off a predefined macro.

In the emulator a double click should act as an enter as all pc tools do

Invalid processing of CICS system copybooks that contain hex values.
