zUnit: support for nested programs

We have some Cobol programs in which nested programs are used. Unfortunately, this is not currently supported by zUnit.

Program Type in results should be accurate

If you specify DB2 or IMS and run the testcase, the zUnit results editor always shows BTCH, meaning the options DB2 or IMS which you chose in the generation phase are not reflected in the results
