Dynamic Array Support for copybook overlay

Several of our IMS database segments use dynamic arrays (number of elements imbedded into the structure). We need the capability of modeling these into the E4D tooling to access the data in those arrays.

Import copybooks from z/OS – add ability to import structures with ++include statements

This support exists for importing from local project but not from z/OS. Our system has lots of these includes and we don't want to support 2 copies of our copy book members, one for our applications and one that would only be used for E4D.

Requirement on IMS for JOINs across non-hierarchical related tables

In our IMS ODBM PoC development, we need the ability to JOIN IMS sibling segments.    We realize that this incurs performance overhead, but we still need to have this SQL JOIN option with child-to-child segments as well as DBD-to-DBD segments.
