SMU - add RESET (Autodown) option in Rest API

We would like to have a RESET option in the SA Rest API, as is in SMU. This RESET then resets an application to the correct state, as you do in SA with AUTODOWN.For example, if an application is STOPPED and you want it to return to the correct state.

Rendering Name filter results is very slow in Show In > Data Elements view

The Name filter is very slow when a program has a lot of variable. There should be an option to turn the key press listener off and only re-render the list when the Enter key is pressed.
