PCOMM FTP Client support for implict TLS connection and client certificate authentication

Certificate-based authentication can eliminate several initial steps in a traditional Userid/Password authentication process. Digital certificate-based authentication is phishing-resistant, user-friendly and convenient compared to passwords. Eliminates the need to remember passwords and write them down where they can be expose.

The need to support FTP client implicit type connection is to go hand in hand with FTP Server using port 990 implementation which expects an implicit connection from the client. 

Implicit security is a mechanism by which security is automatically turned on as soon as the FTP client makes a connection to an FTP server. In this case, the FTP server defines a specific port for the client (990) to be used for secure connections.
