Update EVJ120I message to include OPTEXT data.

We have automation code that uses INGTWS/INGOPC command to obtain OPTEXT data for a failing batch job. It would simplify this process if the OPTEXT data was made available on the EVJ120I error message (at the end).

Test connection in CICS TG with only SSL

In CICS TG Explorer plugin, the Test connection currently uses the TCP connection as default. We don't have any option to tick the SSL option.
