Provide possibility to automate fetch of PgmModuleMap.txt

Hi

When using different names for loadmodule and first program it's possible to map those with PgmModuleMap.txt (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/addi/6.1.1?topic=tasks-adding-files-project-folders). To be able to automate create/update of the textfile will easy the burden of keeping it up to date.

I suggest that a change that allows you to use filename of your choice and the ability to map PgmModuleMap to that file (i.e. how IMS-TM works). This will allow us to create the source on z/OS using data in i.e. linkcards and fetch it thru AD-connect with other sources.

Looking the the documentation there is also several other mapping files this improvment would apply to (mq, PSB, etc.)
