Within the Cobol editor, PERFORM THRU is applied by default when an "extract paragraph" is made from contextual menu (right click > refactor > extract paragraph).

Option to turn off z/OS DBA (dynamic buffer allocation).

Allow disabling of the z/OS DBA (dynamic buffer allocation) function introduced in z/OS 2.2. We would like to have a SIT option which would turn this function off, or place it in "advisor" mode, rather than actually changing the buffer sizes.

Update of bundles via phasein (like programs) and NOT via CEDA
