AAO _WAIT required for AOCQRES and INGDATA commands

Currently the customer has to specify a WAIT=xxx for every occurrence of INGDATA and AOCQRES that they invoke. Other commands like INGEVENT and INGLIST have an AAO called INGLIST_WAIT and INGEVENT_WAIT to set a default value.
