PROCLIM cputime with a higher degree of accuracy

In case of non-FP transaction, PROCLIM cputime parameter must be specified in seconds. But, if cpu resources are very limited, clients wants to specify it more accurate like hundreds of seconds.

DFHAC2236 does not appear when CICS webservice transaction abends.

Right now, when a CICS webservice abends only message DFHSR0001 is generated. In order to maintain monitoring and accounting mechanisms it would be nice to have message DFHAC2236 in CICS LOG.

Create CICS web service assistant to transform YAML into COBOL, or any utility to provide mapping between YAML and COBOL copybook.

YAML users need BINDJCL and the ability to convert YAML file COBOL equivalent copybook. Per IBM CICS doesn't provide anything to perform a mapping between YAML and COBOL
