Fix typos in SMPE install jobs

Hi, Almost all the SMPE jobs includedw with "IBM Open Enterprise Foundation 1.1.0" , contain text in cols 73 to 80. It'd be great if the text stayed within columns 1-72 so less manual editing was needed. Thanks, Travis

IDz SPOOL view show output in HEX

When using IDz's Remote System Explorer to view JES spool output, an option to view the hex values of the output should be given. Some program displays are not textual and seeing the underlying hex values is needed.
