Cross hair support in the 3270 Host emulator Cursor RDz

The 3270 emulators ( PCOMM for example), supports Cross-Hair cursor ( also called Cross Line - where you have vertical and Horizontal lines in the 3270 cursor) , and we request the same feature in the 3270 Host emulator of RDz.
