Apply service level authorization to API path requests

If I protect a service using the authorization interceptor I would expect the interceptor to also be invoked if I invoke an API path that calls the service.

Include failed requests in Interceptor

Customer wishes to gather data on failed API requests as well as successful ones in OMEGAMON for JVM. The Interceptor is not currently invoked indicating failed transactions, or provide failure reasons (exceptions, error codes)

Actually, when an error is related to conversion of transaction message bytes to JSON (message GMOMW0005E or any other messages GMOMW* ), zOS Connect emits an HTPP 500 error. Can we have a less drastic error, as an HTTP 422 i.e. ?
