DTSP EQAOPTS field works differently than command and pref file field

In the DTSP GUI and in the DTCN GUI, if you enter a commands and or preferences file including a hlq (eventually your own userid) it is overtaken correctly. If you set the EQAOPTS file, then always your userid is prefixed.
