GUI to automatically create and Insert CEEOPTS DD for Batch JCL

Allow a customer to configure a default set of CEEOPTS options to start a Debug Tool session for VTAM% and TCPIP%. Automatically insert the CEEOPTS DD and inline TEST parameter with a right-click menu option from and edit session. The option to enter this would appear in the same right click menu where SAVE and SUBMIT to z/OS currently appear. In the case of VTAM% it would include a properly formatted TEST parameter with the default USERID. In the case of TCPIP a properly formatted TEST parameter with with current IP address and current Port should be created. An option to automatically turn on the Debugger Listener should be included with a check mark on the default parameter setting for this feature.

    This feature is already delivered via the z/os Batch Application with existing JCL launch configuration. VTAM support/updates are no longer considered strategic and will not be offered for this feature.
