Application Discovery Flowcharts and Program Flow should have source file name at top

If flowcharts and program flows are exported to a file, it would be helpful to know the original source file name (COBOL, PLI) for clarity, placing the name of the source file as a text box at the top of the image file.

Remov the requirement to use the AMASPZAP service aid.

The HourGlass product uses the AMASPZAP service aid to provide modified product modules. This may not be possible by some clients who are restricted from using the Superzap tool.
