Code folding feature in RDz Cobol Editor

This is a request to incorporate the "code folding" feature in the Cobol editor in RDz. The LPEX editor has this feature by using X or XX to "hide" lines. Ideally this should work with Scoped statements. i.e. all the statements in an IF-ENDIF pair.
