Add support for Java 11 to allow integration with newer Sonar products in IDz

SonarLint and SonarQube have already made the jump to Java 11. Windows 11 is being shipped with Java 11. Adding support for Java 11 in IDz would prevent compatibility restrictions with the newer versions of htis integrated product.

In iDz under the Preferences -> COBOL -> Features -> Real-Time Syntax Checking, under the 'Validate against compiler versions' it seems that Enterprise COBOL V5.1 is default and nothing else is selectable.
