Error message FABJ0192E is issued for indexes in DRF recovery when ICNDX(Y) is specified in UTILGBL, even though index databases are RECOVERABLE = NO.

Add functionality to COPY command to only copy user data from 3270 screen and not protected field data.

When copying 3270 screen information to paste to another screen the COPY command should have an option to not copy protected fields and only copy user data fields. Ticket TS007753709 opened with support and it was suggested to submit a RFE.
