In z/OS project view, "Associate Complete Program" appears when a user right clicks on a PL/I Include file or a COBOL copybook.But it is not available when a user right clicks on these types of files from the RSE view.

No spaces after brackets by IDz COBOL formatter

Currtently the formatter (CTRL+Shift+F) inserts a blank after each opening bracket "(" oder before each closing bracket ")". This is annoying and should be at configurable.
