Allow reference to GDG Base in z/OS Projects

Currently it's only possible to add absolute GDG versions to a z/OS project, which is not very helpful at all. We need to add the GDG base (and all versions under the tree as in libraries with members) to z/OS projects

Quick Reference Cards to ease searching for developers and to promote adoption of RDz
