Requesting a native batch job method to run the CL/SS NTD DIALOG commands with reporting capability

I can issue a system console command to run the NTD DIALOG , or even set up a batch job to run an IEFBR14 to run the system command, to run the NTD DIALOG, but is there a way to set up a batch job (JCL) that directly runs a CL/SS NTD DIALOG ?
