The current RDz property group cannot allow library concatenation, once users input their own library then it will override the origianl library in the system proc e.g. ELAXLINK.

"?" should be used as a single wildcard character in Open Member

In ISPF, we can use "%" as a single character wildcard and "*" as a multiple character wildcard. We would like to follow a similar pattern in RDz (maybe replace the "%" with "?").

RDz CARMA Endevor Enhanced Edit fails - TRANSFER ELEMENT API call not allowed in their shop.
