Include file type DIF for AS/400 HOD File Trandfers

Allow DIF file type for HOD File Transfers for AS/400's. Users can get around this deficiency but only with additional file modifications. Attachmate provides this file type and it works perfectly.

HOD paste function doesn't handle negative number to spreadsheet

Rumba users migrating to Host On Demand. They are copying a numeric value which has a minus sign after the number to indicate a negative value. When they paste the number to Excel, it is copied as is with the minus sign at the end.
