Filter options to work with the policy in SA z/OS

Given the fact that we have a lot entries in the policy (PDB), it would be very useful to have the option to set some filters. The usability of the product would be greatly improved if you can filter application, message-id's and groups (and so on)

Ing305I should be issued for any invoked shutdown

Currently if there is a GDPS controlled image when a shutdown has been invoked message ING305I is issued. This seems to be in line with the ING313I, Ing314i and Ing315I messages.
