Support for SSH Monitoring

SSH has recently become part of the operating system as of z/OS 2.2. SSH provides a secure form of remote connection to systems and/or appliances. Omegamon for Mainframe Networks does not currently provide monitoring support specifically for SSH.

CTG Trace setting should be read from .Net Core Configuration.API, not specific appsettings.json. We are using Custom Configuration Provided to read configurations from DB.
