Outbound WebServices need possibility to specify TCP/IP stack on a "per service"-level

When CICS is acting as a Web Services requestor, there should be the possibility to specify on a "per service level" (e.g. at the PILELINE-level) the TCP/IP stack to be used as customers e.g. have a "Intranet-Stack" and a seperated "Internet-Stack".
