DEF for VSAM with AIX in FileManager brings only Cluster, no AIX or PATH

Re-Engineering an VSAM-Cluster with AIX and PATH with FileManager-Command DEF brings only "Define Cluster"-Statement. AIX and PATH have to be generated separately. But VSAM with AIX is like a Bundle, in nearly all cases you need all parts of it.

IMS Batch Load Dataset cannot be specified with DD

File Manager IMS Batch load utility only allows us to code the load LDDSN=<dataset name> as a part of $$FILEM statements. It should allow for use of DD like all other File Manager utilities.
