IDz: Add the "Open Member" function to the JCL Editor

When viewing/editing a JCL member with the JCL Editor, the Context Menu should support the "Open Member" function. This function is available in the Context Menu when viewing/editing a JCL member with the LPEX Editor but not with the JCL Editor.

Screen size in the Remote Connection Emulator

In the new IDz ver 16, you cannot have a screen size of 62x160 in the Remote Connection Emulator. This is something we use and would be great to have.

Vertical display of Program Control Flow diagram
