Support mixed case in field „Applparms“

Today data entered in the field “Applparms” (INGREQ or INGSET) will be always translated to upper case. Allow to enter mixed case data in this field.

Update EVJ120I message to include OPTEXT data.

We have automation code that uses INGTWS/INGOPC command to obtain OPTEXT data for a failing batch job. It would simplify this process if the OPTEXT data was made available on the EVJ120I error message (at the end).

Ing305I should be issued for any invoked shutdown

Currently if there is a GDPS controlled image when a shutdown has been invoked message ING305I is issued. This seems to be in line with the ING313I, Ing314i and Ing315I messages.
