RDz support for CICS EXEC CPSM command

RDz does not support EXEC CPSM commands. If we use RDz to edit COBOL programs containing CPSM commands, they are flagged as errors and the parser prevents some advanced functions like "Program Flow" from working.

Customize error/warnings for pli sources

When developing Java you can customize error/warings under Window-Preferences-Java-Compiler-Errors/Warnings. For example you can ignore some warnings. This Feature would also be useful for PLI.

In IBM Debugger for z/OS allow -qtrace option to collect debugger engine trace to include folder names with space

In Windows > Preferences > Run/Debug > Compiled Debug > IBM z/OS Debugger preferences, in the Additional command line options field, allow -qtrace option accept a folder name containing space.
