Threadsafe START and CANCEL commands

START and CANCEL commands are not threadsafe, and if run under OTE, would result in TCB switching to take place whenever these commands are encountered. These switches adversely effect the performance of the application.

CPU time logged if trx is purged while on L8 TCB

To day the cputime is not logged to CMF if a transaction is purged while on L8 TCB.According to IBM this is working as designed.Many applications are now running Threadsafe , so the risk of loosing cputime is great
