Security violation for unknown userid during initialization

As soon as the CICS Transaction Gateway v8.for z/OS is starting, there is a security violation for userid 0@ %*?&#. Although this is working as designed, it is something which must always be explained for audit purposes.

Please provide the startup values for the TCP and SSL protocol settings. Your currently provide the Bind addresses and ports, but do not provide the connecttimeout, idletimeout, ping frequency, dropworking or solinger values.
