Add new COBOL statements

We would like to add 5 “new” Cobol statements, which would be similar to this query for COBOL: ACCEPT statement.
(dbo.StatementReference.StatementType = 7), where 7 "COBOL: ACCEPT"

Here are the 5 statements;
4000 "COBOL: DATE_FORMAT"
4001 "COBOL: DATEVAL"
4002 "COBOL: UNDATE"
4003 "COBOL: VOLATILE"
4004 "COBOL: YEARWINDOW"

The first column is the StatementType, which can be changed. This is the format for the database, but I don't know a couple of things.
1) How to get the “build” process to look for these statements
2) How to get the project database updated with these statements for a new project defined, other than manually adding them
3) How to get the project database updated, during the build process

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.

    We are looking to upgrade from Cobol v4.2 to v6.2 and there are some new Cobol reserved words, plus some Cobol statements that have been removed. So, we were looking to use ADDI, using Cobol rules to check for the presents of these Cobol statements to aid the developer in change the source code. However, these Cobol Statements are no part of the ADDI, but this is only one example.
    We would like to either have the Cobol migration information added to ADDI, like new searching for the new RESERVED words in Cobol v6.2 and removed statements. This would aid in the migration, making it easy to mark and find the change required prior to upgrade.

    After reviewing this requirement, we would like to request some additional information. What is the exact scenario that you are trying to achieve? How would you use this to assist with the migration? Thank you.
