IBM Explorer for z/OS is not compatible with macOS Big Sur

IBM Explorer for z/OS 3.2 which runs on Eclipse Photon v4.8 is not compatible with the new macOS release, Big Sur.

    Big Sur support is available with the latest drop of CICS Explorer, ie CICS Explorer 5.5.0.17
