Common Extract Format for CSD, Bundles, and BAS

Provide a common extract format for CICS resource definitions, so that we can write internal audit and resource checks against the definitions, regardless of their source. The intent is to read all resources that have been staged so that we can proactively find problems and not wait until a CICS cold start. A potential solution could be the expansion of the DFHCSDUP extract program DFH$FORA to extract the associated bundle definitions from the bundle XML when a BUNDLE definition is found in a group.

Resubmitting an old idea to get it back on developmnet's radar.
